Domingo Garcia, the president and founder of CCLAR (the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in the Russian Federation), a Mexican, has this year completed his studies at the HSE Graduate School of Business on the International Management Master's programme. But he has no plans to move to his home country, and wants to live in Moscow, develop his organisation, attract new partners and start a family with a Russian girl. In an interview with "Vyshka.Glavnoe" he told us why he decided to move to Russia and enrol at the GSB.
