Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) became a direct partner of the HSE Graduate School of Business. Previously, GSB students could participate in the exchange programme with VŠE at the university level, having to compete for places with students from all HSE University. The renewal of the terms of cooperation between universities ensured that the Graduate School of Business received its own quota for student exchange.

The signing of a bilateral agreement with the Estonian Business School has resulted in a new student exchange program for GSB Bachelor and Master students. The Estonian Business School, or EBS, became the first partner of the HSE Graduate School of Business in Eastern Europe.
On January 19, a closing ceremony of a special successor development programme took place. HSE Graduate School of Business designed and implemented the programme for Credit Bank of Moscow.
