Advanced Training for the Staff of the Graduate School of Business at the CEEMAN Program Management Seminar
The CEEMAN Program Management Seminar series for administrators of management education programmes, organised by the Central and East European Management Development Association (CEEMAN), began at the end of August.
The CEEMAN Programme Management Seminar brings together our colleagues from the curriculum support office: department head Evgeniya Murmuridis; deputy head Katerina Ionova; deputy head Maria Gazali; deputy head Dariya Makrushina.
The seminars consist of two main modules, held in late August and mid-October, with a series of individual consultations and training sessions for each of the seminar participants in between.
The programme of workshops is designed to enable participants to cope in a more effective way with their demanding and challenging responsibilities. The sessions include expert briefings, panel discussions and case studies on the problems faced by training administrators. This is an opportunity to learn not only from the teachers, but also from the other participants, who bring a rich experience and share different points of view. The focus is on current changes and challenges in programme management caused by the pandemic.
The seminars will cover the following topics: the role of programme administrators in preparing and running the programme; creating a positive learning environment; understanding target markets; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; the marketing component of the activity; communication and reputation building; managing alumni relations; teamwork; time management and priority setting; ethics; career and professional development and other topics.
