The Department of Marketing of the Graduate School of Business is the leading Russian centre for marketing education and research, as well as one of the six departments based out of the HSE Graduate School of Business. This Department is actually the amalgamation of three HSE University subdivisions: Strategic Marketing, Company Marketing, and Marketing Communications, which have successfully trained marketing experts for many years.
The Department is home to a team of like-minded people that includes experts from different generations and specializations in marketing. Today, it employs over 56 instructors, including 15 full-time teachers, 13 part-time teachers, and 28 visiting lecturers. The Department’s staff also features renown researchers, who have authored numerous publications in top international and Russian journals such as Igor V. Lipsits, Olga Tretyak, Kirill L. Rozhkov, Sergey P. Kazakov, Yulia Pirogova, Olga Oyner, Sergey Veselov, Vera Rebiazina, Efim Galitsky, Marina M. Dvoryashina, Aleksandr Rozhkov, Elena Panteleeva, and Tatiana Vetrova. Moreover, the Department brings together lecturers and practitioners with diverse and successful experience in managing marketing subdivisions and projects at major Russian and global corporations.
