Department of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management brings together world-class professionals, who carry out research, teach, as well as work in corporate HR management. Our interdisciplinary approach, wide range of competencies, and sharing of experience with the global community of organizational behaviour and HR professionals ensure a high quality of education we offer through Bachelor’s, Master’s, doctoral and continuing education programmes.
We implement and provide support to educational, research and consulting projects, which involve such various disciplines as psychology, sociology, economics, and management. These projects are aimed at finding effective strategic solutions in HR/organizational development. Furthermore, we are committed to effective knowledge and experience exchange: our students become experts and executives in both Russian and international companies, operating in various sectors. They are able to develop human-oriented businesses, manage staff experience, be flexible in reacting to changes in business strategy, and build transparent communications in the organization.
In addition, our department maintains close ties with top executives, HR directors and professionals in organizational development and HR management at well-known Russian and global companies, which also employ many HSE University graduates
