Laboratory for Creativity Management was established in April 2021.
In modern business, creativity is the basis of competitiveness. Therefore, designing and mastering any methods of developing creativity seems to be an extremely important task. Currently, the topic of creativity development is practically monopolized by the advertising business, so the methods of developing it are reduced to learning copywriting skills and advertising techniques. At the same time, creative organizations have extensive experience in developing creativity in various fields of activity and maintaining motivation for its implementation. However, this experience is barely demanded in the activities of business organizations.
Laboratory’s activities can serve as a trigger for activating the demand in the business environment for methods of working with creativity that are actively used in the non-profit sector and creative organizations. It will help ensure or greatly facilitate the transfer of management technology from the non-profit sector to business organisations.
