An article by Veroniсa Kabalina, professor of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Recourses Management of the Graduate School of Business, was included in the top 10 most read publications.

The work by Veronica Kabalina and her co-authors “Mind the gap: Intended versus perceived human resource practices and knowledge sharing of line managers and employees” in European Management Review, which is published by of the Academy of Management (EURAM), was included in the 10% most frequently downloaded by users among works published in the EMR between January 1^st 2022 and December 31^st 2022, during 12 months after publication.
