A scientific seminar was held at the Department of Organizational Behavior and HRM of the Graduate School of Business, at which Associate Professor of the Department Kira Reshetnikova together with colleagues, Associate Professor of the Department of Strategic and International Management of the Graduate School of Business Marina Predvoditeleva and Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the HSE University Natalia Soboleva presented a report on the topic: "Digital and soft skills of employees of Russian hotels."

On January 26, 2023, the Research and Educational Laboratory for Creativity Management, together with the Department of Organizational Behavior and HRM and the Master’s Program in People Management: Digital Technologies and Organizational Development, held a meeting with the artistic director of the Voronezh State Opera and Ballet Theatre, laureate of international competitions and Russian ballet award "Soul of Dance", by Alexander Lityagin, on the topic "Talent management in the region: how to grow from an ordinary provincial ballet troupe to a new cultural brand of the region in three years".

HSE Student Team Wins Grant in Masters of Hospitality Competition

The all-Russia competition, a project of the Russia — Land of Opportunities presidential platform, saw the students compete with other teams of young contestants. The team led by Alexander Aksyutin, a master’s student of the HSE Graduate School of Business, received a grant of 1.4 million Russian rubles, which the team plans to spend on a social project to promote tourism in Voronezh Oblast.
