Garrett Johnston – business strategist, marketing and client strategy specialist gave a lecture on the post-COVID business era and marketing. His lecture ‘Goodbye Digital, Hello Analogue’ was a part of HSE Graduate School of Business master’s programme ‘Marketing: Digital Technology and Marketing Communications’.
Higher School of Economics and educational company Netology launch a new online Master’s programme "Digital Product Management". The programme will be based in HSE Graduate School of Business and will aim at developing highly qualified product managers for major corporations.
HSE Graduate School of Business students organized a Case Battle in partnership with Sberbank and with support from GSB. Teams from HSE, MSU and MGIMO participated in the event. Case Battle was held in a unique format: in just four hours participants had to build and present a ready-to-use business plan of introducing Sberbank’s subsidiary – Sbermarket – to the retail market of Belarus.
Globally, the labour market's reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic has been a reduced working week, compulsory leaves and pay cuts. However, unemployment rates turned out to be lower than during previous crisis periods, partially due to the state employment support programmes. HSE Graduate School of Business professor Elena Varshavskaya shared the results of her research.
