X5 Group and the Graduate School of Business at HSE University are relaunching their joint master’s program. The previous title, “Retail Management”, has been replaced with “B2C Business Management: Technologies and Innovations”, accompanied by a complete overhaul of the curriculum. The new focus is on customer experience, emerging technologies, and innovation in management — the competencies most in demand in today’s business landscape.

On March 2, the final matches of the interfaculty volleyball tournament took place as part of the HSE Spartakiad. The team from the HSE Graduate School of Business (GSB) demonstrated exceptional professionalism, confidently advancing through the group stage and earning second place in the final.

In early February, a dynamic badminton tournament was held at the Iskra stadium as part of the HSE Spartakiad, where the team from the HSE Graduate School of Business won bronze medals. Despite the fierce competition on the court, the GSB team demonstrated a high level of skill, resilience, and team spirit.

The HSE Graduate School of Business Ambassadors Club is a young and fast-growing student initiative supported by the GSB Student Support Office. In February, the ambassadors visited the T2 company office, where they explored innovative solutions in telecommunications and learned about the company’s corporate culture.

From February 21 to 23, the city of Odintsovo hosted the All-Russian Karate Championship — one of the most prestigious and challenging competitions of the season. The event brought together over 2,000 participants from 42 regions of Russia.Dmitry Konyaev, a student of the HSE Graduate School of Business, took first place in his category — ages 18–20, up to 65 kg.

Igor Gurkov, Professor at the Department of Strategic and International Management at the HSE Graduate School of Business and Tenured Professor at HSE University, has been appointed as a reviewer for one of the world’s leading academic journals in the field of management — Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS). The journal is the official publication of the Academy of International Business (AIB) and is included in the prestigious FT50 list, which features the top 50 journals in business research globally.

Students of the Marketing and Market Analytics program at the HSE Graduate School of Business explored the mechanisms and strategies of influencer marketing.Topics of strategic marketing, market research, and marketing innovation run throughout the integrated portfolio of HSE GSB educational programs — from undergraduate to MBA level.

Over 200 representatives of leading companies and business education experts gathered at the HSE Graduate School of Business to attend the presentation of the book showcasing the results of the third wave of research on corporate universities in Russia.

On January 27, the Shabolovka campus hosted Student Day, bringing together over 400 participants. The theme of the event was “Life at GSB”, inspired by the popular game SIMS, which allowed students to immerse themselves in the experience of creating their own unique world.
