Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the relevant decree on August 24, 2026

Twenty-seven students from Chinese universities took part in the international summer school ‘Digital Product Management’ organised by the HSE Graduate School of Business and Alfa-Bank. Over the course of a week, participants explored the Russian economy and business environment, learned about current technology trends, and worked through the key stages of digital product development step by step—from researching user needs and defining a problem to developing a prototype and presenting their final project.

19 students from the HSE Graduate School of Business spent nine days in Bangkok, within the walls of one of Southeast Asia's leading business schools. The Summer School "Business Administration in Thailand," hosted by Thammasat Business School (TBS), provided a complete immersion into the living business environment of a region that is increasingly securing its place on the global economic map.

Students of the International Business program at the HSE Graduate School of Business took part in the summer school organized by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) at the University of Belgrade (Serbia). The week-long intensive program focused on current issues in modern management, including resource efficiency, the green transition, and principles of responsible business conduct.

Board members with dedicated expertise in decarbonisation and a company’s systematic engagement with stakeholders on climate-related issues are the most effective corporate governance mechanisms for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

HSE Graduate School of Business Associate Professor Ekaterina Ivanova, participated in the PRME Global Forum 2026 under the theme “Global Unity Meets Local Impact” from June 29 to July 2 hosted by the American University in Cairo. The forum brought together leaders in responsible management education from around the world to advance sustainable and ethical business practices. This year's Responsible Management Education (RME) Week gathered over 400 scholars, educators, practitioners, and student communities from 58 countries across all regions of the world.

From 6 to 15 May 2026, HSE GSB bachelor students of the International Business programme and master students of the International Management programme took part in an intensive educational programme in China, organised by one of China's leading universities – Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). The ten-day course focused on global business decision-making, the digital economy and technological innovation in the age of artificial intelligence.

Students of the master's programme in International Management at the HSE Graduate School of Business have achieved outstanding recognition on the international stage by becoming finalists of the prestigious 2026 Flourish Prize competition. Under the guidance of AIM2Flourish Professor Ekaterina Ivanova, Associate Professor of GSB Strategic and International Management Department, the team—comprising Habeeb Adeyemo, Promise Yeboah Owusu, Phebe Adekunte, Nontapat Watanawigun, Jie Li, Christiana Yawson, and Abidullah Shinwari—was selected as one of the top finalists globally in the thematic category “Health, Well-being, and Human Development”  for their compelling story about HelpMum Africa.
