Alexander Lebedev Commented on the Russian Government's Plans to Move to a Circular Economy
The Russian Government has supported the initiative to move towards sustainability in business. It is a question of abandoning single-use, polluting products in favour of alternative materials. The incentive for the rejection of products known to be disposable will be the rate of the environmental levy. Alexander Lebedev, a senior lecturer at the HSE Graduate School of Business, gave his forecast of the market development of secondary waste products and explained why it is often profitable to use recycled materials in production.
