HSE Graduate School of Business will open on September 1 of this year. The Academic Council decided on the School’s creation within the framework of HSE University’s 2030 Development Programme, which aims at enhancing the University’s global competitiveness.

In the Expert Analytical Centre’s 2020 Publication Activity Ranking, HSE University placed among the top three Russian universities in seven general subject areas and two narrow subjects. HSE made the rankings in 14 subject areas and four specific subjects; of these, HSE placed first in four subjects and/or areas.

In late March at the Kommunarka COVID-19 Hospital outside of Moscow, a pilot project was launched that allows healthcare professionals to coordinate their efforts remotely while working with coronavirus patients. One of the most prestigious awards in the field of digital technology, the Runet Prize, was conferred in Moscow. HSE University was awarded in the category ‘Education and Personnel’.
