The Strategic Management in Logistics doudble-degree master’s programme, for which HSE has partnered up with Germany’s BBW University of Applied Sciences, received 10 out of a possible 11 points in the international training category of Germany’s Centre for Higher Education (CHE) ranking of master’s programmes.
On November 10-11, the finals of the Moscow Capture the Flag interuniversity student competition in information security (M*CTF) took place in Russia. The winning team was Shadow Servants, which included students from the HSE Faculty of Computer Science and MIEM. This is the third year in a row that Shadow Servants has won M*CTF. Their next step is the 2018 Russian CTF Cup, which will take place between November 30 and December 1 at the Skolkovo Innovation Centre.
In late October, students from the HSE School of Business Informatics organised the second Major League Hacking (MLH) hackathon hosted in Moscow. The participants of the event, which include students and alumni of Russian and foreign universities, developed IT solutions for Russian companies.
On October 30, 2018, a round table was held at the School of Logistics with Andrey Belinsky, General Director of SSI SCHÄFER (Russia), on the theme "Innovative Logistics Technologies: Choosing Between Mechanization and Automation of the Cargo Processing Process".
The 7th Moscow International Forum ‘Open Innovations.’ which took place from October 15 – 17 in Skolkovo, included an exhibition on the results of research carried out by academic institutions, small enterprises and leading universities, including HSE.
The centre provides training for specialists in the field of digital marketing and e-commerce. Students of the centre will have the opportunity to participate in real business projects and complete an internship at companies that use SAP technologies.
School of Logistics of Faculty of Business and Management opens a new master’s programme “Digital Logistics and Supply Chain Management” starting academic year of 2019/2020.
