On September 20, 2019 Faculty of Business & Management organized the first seminar on preparation of Bachelor and Master programmes in Management for accreditation in accordance with EPAS quality standards of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). More than 60 participants from HSE campuses in Moscow, St Petersburg, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod attended the event.

On Wednesday, September 18, Faculty of Business and Management School of Logistics hosted Dmitry Krasilov, Head of Planning and Supply Chain Design at KORUS Consulting. He delivered a talk 'Digital twins of supply chains in retail: aims, purposes, approaches'.
The 7th Moscow International Forum ‘Open Innovations.’ which took place from October 15 – 17 in Skolkovo, included an exhibition on the results of research carried out by academic institutions, small enterprises and leading universities, including HSE.
11th International Student Conference on Contemporary Problems in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Development was held in School of Logistics on April 19-20th, 2017. The conference was attended by the bachelors, masters, representatives of the School of logistics of HSE and other leading universities of Russia and CIS countries. The total number of participants exceeded 200 people.
On March 10, the workshop "Theory and practice of inventory management in supply chains" was held by Mikhail Heinmann, a managing partner of consulting company "First National Consulting Group".
Mikhail Komarov, Associate Professor at the Department of Innovation and Business in Information Technologies, was part of HSE’s delegation at the 10th annual Internet Governance Forum, IGF. The event took place from November 11th – 13th, 2015, in João Pessoa, Brazil.
Vladimir Fomichov organized and chaired the 4th International Conference on Cognitonics that was held in Slovenia.
On October 17-18 the delegation from HSE took part in the BRICS University Presidents Forum held in Beijing. The event was organized by the Beijing Normal University and the Beijing Educational Committee.
For the first time ever, a doctoral student of the Higher School of Economics took part in the Heidelberg Laureate Forum, the world’s largest forum for young researchers in the fields of mathematics and computer science. Over the course of one week, the participants were able to meet and discuss their projects with laureates of awards such as the Fields Medal, Abel Prize, and Turing Award. Olga Tsukanova represented HSE at the Forum, bringing with her a project on mathematical modelling.
