We are going to define People Analytics, look at its applications in the past and now, discuss Big Data in HR and main differences between traditional research approach and Big Data applications in HR.
We are also going to look closely at the problem of data sources and data collection strategies. Then we switch to Organisational network analysis as a tool for relational People Analytics.
In the end, we’ll discuss AI applications in HR and close our session with discussion on ethics of People Analytics and attempts to find solutions to the issues defined.
