Leadership development is one of the strategic priorities of HR. We are pleased that regional directors of the telecom division are among the first leaders to join the comprehensive development program. The main goal of this training initiative is to strengthen the company’s position in the Russian telecom market, enhance key leadership competencies so that executives can bring the company to a new level of development, and promote stronger cross-regional connections. I wish all participants a productive and successful learning experience.

We are grateful to MTS for choosing us as a partner in this educational program. Participants will engage in an exciting and intensive process of mastering modern management and leadership technologies. Together with colleagues from MTS’s Talent Management and HR Department of the Telecom Division, we have created a unique learning experience consisting of several components: live virtual classes on topics such as leadership, change management, cross-functional collaboration, and people management, as well as work on corporate business cases. The program will conclude with in-person implementation sessions focused on developing and applying managerial practices.
The program will be taught by leading professors of the HSE Graduate School of Business, including Sergey Filonovich, Nikolay Filinov, Marina Oleshek, and Natalia Shumkova.
Participants will enhance their leadership competencies, exchange professional experience, and acquire tools to help support the company during its ongoing transformation.
