Representatives of HSE GSB participated in the EFMD Bachelor Programmes Conference 2021

On November 15-17, 2021, the annual EFMD Bachelor Programme Conference was held. This year, the HSE Graduate School of Business was represented by Associate Professor Dmitrii Knatko, Academic Director of Bachelor in Business Administration Programme, Associate Professor Daniil Muravskii, Academic Director of Bachelor in Marketing and Market Analytics Programme and Evgeniya Murmuridis, Head of Programme Office.

Undergraduate programmes are the stepping-stone into a professional career and for many young people, their first contact point with the world of academia. With new generations of students and their changing expectations, education in Bachelor programmes has its own unique challenges. This annual conference for directors and administrators of Bachelor programmes in management and related areas was an opportunity to keep up with the latest practices and development in undergraduate education globally and learn from showcased strategic and operational best practices across diverse perspectives such as those of students, faculty and employers.

This year, among the various topics covered at EFMD Bachelor Programme Conference were such hot topics as managing the quality control and quality assurance of hybrid educational process, fostering intercultural experiences in a context of the global pandemic, creating inclusive spaces for learning and much more. In addition to topical speeches, as always, the most valuable thing about EFMD conferences is the direct interaction with a community of colleagues from leading international business schools and universities in a respectful and open atmosphere. It is through this communication that we can refine and validate our educational management approaches based on the leading global experience of business management learning technologies.
