Prof. Dr. Natalia Ribberink Visited Graduate School of Business

As part of cooperation and joint DAAD project, Natalia Ribberink, professor of Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, visited GSB from 04 to 11 June 2021. During her visit, Natalia discussed the upcoming plans for the DAAD project aimed at studying the role of talent management practices in the formation of intellectual capital of Russian and German companies, as well as other possible areas for collaboration with GSB. The meetings were attended by Anna Veselova, Associate Professor of the Department of Strategic and International Management and Academic Director of the Graduate School of Management, and Maria Kainova, Director of the GSB International Office.

Natalia Ribberink is a professor of Foreign Trade and International Management at the Business Department of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Prior to her appointment as professor, Natalia Ribberink worked for several years in the German aviation industry within a large airline alliance. She managed international projects in the area of strategic partnerships and was responsible for fare policy, contract management, accreditation procedures and staff recruitment and development.

Natalia is a visiting lecturer at the Graduate School of Business: in the autumn semester 2020, she successfully taught a class on "Doing Business in Europe" for 4th year undergraduate students in the “Business Administration” programme.
