Controlling: practice of adaptive management
The objective of the programme is to develop new professional competencies in the field of controlling – information and analytical support of managerial decisions. Attendees will learn to use the concept on practice and build effective self-regulatory mechanisms of business.

Big Data in Finance: Training in Creating Analytical Reports (Dashboards) in Power BI
During 4 offline classes, attendees will acquire skills of creating visual analytical reports using Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI.
