Educational program “AVTOVAZ: Growth Strategy” completed at HSE Graduate School of Business

The HSE Graduate School of Business conducted the two-day program “AVTOVAZ: Growth Strategy.” Organised within the framework of a strategic partnership between the institutions, the training brought together AVTOVAZ top managers and leading professors from HSE GSB to discuss key issues facing the flagship of the Russian automotive industry as part of the Company's updated strategy.

The program addressed topics relevant to the company’s future, such as: the contours of transport systems in the foreseeable future, macroeconomic scenarios, strategies for attracting and retaining employees in a changing labour market, and the use of AI to solve business problems.
