Volunteers from the Graduate School of Business participated in the 28th Moscow International Logistics Forum

On March 5–6, HSE GSB students took part in the Moscow International Logistics Forum (MILF-2025) as volunteers. The event took place at the Lomonosov cluster and gathered over 1,500 participants representing various sectors of the economy and business. This year, the forum was held for the 28th time, bringing together leading experts and representatives of major companies to discuss the most pressing issues in the logistics industry.

The central theme of MILF-2025 was “The Time of the Resilient: How Businesses Can Overcome the Ninth Wave and Sustain Growth.” Speakers shared real-life case studies demonstrating how they addressed specific client challenges across 20 thematic sessions. For GSB students, volunteering at the forum was not only a chance to contribute to a major event but also an opportunity to immerse themselves in a professional environment, gain unique knowledge, and establish valuable connections.

GSB students have been supporting the forum’s organizers for several years. This year, the volunteers took on a wide range of responsibilities, from participant registration and session coordination to providing technical support for speakers. For many students, this was their first experience participating in such a large-scale event, and thanks to effective teamwork and the guidance of experienced colleagues, they completed their tasks successfully.

The 28th Moscow International Logistics Forum became a landmark event not only for industry professionals but also for students who had the opportunity to become part of this large-scale initiative. Volunteers from the Graduate School of Business at HSE University gained valuable insights into the latest trends and innovations in logistics, contributed to the organization of the forum, and expanded their professional horizons.
