HSE GSB ranks higher in the Eduniversal International Ranking
The HSE Graduate School of Business has reached a new level in the prestigious international Eduniversal Best Business Schools Ranking 2025, receiving the category 4 Palmes of Excellence (Top Business School with significant international influence). This status is awarded to leading global business schools that demonstrate significant international influence, a high academic standard, and strong connections with the global professional community.
The Eduniversal international ranking is one of the key benchmarks in business education, annually evaluating the 1,000 best business schools from 153 countries around the world. Its methodology is based on a three-stage assessment system. At the first stage, an official list of schools is formed based on quantitative and qualitative criteria, including the level of economic development of the country, educational traditions, and the scale of higher education. Then, each school receives a certain number of “Palmes of Excellence” — from one to five — depending on the degree of international influence, the presence of accreditations, and partnerships with foreign universities. The final stage is a vote by the deans of the world’s leading business schools, which reflects the level of recognition from the professional community.
The rise in HSE GSB’s position was the result of a comprehensive evaluation across a wide range of parameters. Eduniversal experts noted the high level of educational programs, their close integration with business, successful international activities, and impressive graduate employment outcomes.
Today, about 5,500 students study across 18 core educational programs at the HSE Graduate School of Business, including nearly 700 international students from more than 60 countries. HSE GSB offers 18 exchange programs and two double-degree programs. The educational programs combine academic depth and practical focus thanks to cooperation with 200 corporate partners of the business school.
Eduniversal experts highly praised the strong quality of the MBA and Executive Education programs, confirmed by participant feedback and the career growth of graduates, as well as HSE GSB’s leading position in management research.
The 4 Palmes of Excellence category awarded to HSE GSB confirms its status as a business school of first choice with substantial international influence and high authority in the professional and academic community. The Eduniversal release states: “In the context of global changes, HSE GSB’s business education model remains flexible. By integrating technology, promoting sustainable business practices, and providing global experience, the school embodies the next-generation education model.”
The official award ceremony will take place in November during the annual Eduniversal World Convention at one of India’s leading business schools — IIM Indore. For the HSE Graduate School of Business, this is not only an important sign of international recognition, but also an incentive for further development of educational and research initiatives, expansion of its partnership network, and strengthening of Russia’s position on the global business education map.
