Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management

The results of the 2025 Student Research Competition (NIRS) have been announced (https://www.hse.ru/nirs/nirs2025_results). Among the award winners are students supervised by faculty members of the Department of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

On the eve of the 33rd anniversary of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University), a meeting of the Academic Council was held, during which the Rector of HSE University, Nikita Anisimov, and the President of the University, Alexander Shokhin, solemnly presented state and ведомственные awards, HSE University honours, and teaching grants from Alfa-Bank to members of the academic staff.

On 6 November 2025, at the 2nd International Conference on Education Research (ICER-2025, Lisbon), the paper “Strategic Coherence and AI-Enabled Personalization: Drivers of Motivation in Corporate Learning” was presented virtually by Arseniy Kovalerchik, a graduate of the Bachelor’s programme “Business Management” at the Graduate School of Business, HSE University. He was joined by his academic supervisor, Konstantin Bagrationi (Associate Professor, Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, PhD in Social Psychology), and by Bagrationi’s doctoral student and department lecturer, Olga Tunkevichus.

Associate Professor of the Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Graduate School of Business, HSE University, PhD in Psychology  Konstantin Amiranovich Bagrationi , together with his doctoral student and lecturer of the department  Olga Aleksandrovna Tunkevicius , delivered a paper entitled  “Rethinking Strategic Thinking Through the Lens of Strategic Coherence”  at the  26th European Conference on Knowledge Management (ECKM)  in Lahti, Finland.

Research Professor of the department Veronika Kabalina took part on February 10, 2025, as a member of the jury in the public defense of projects and the award ceremony for the winners of the 4th Professional Award HR IMPACT 2025.

Over the course of its 20-year history, the European Conference on Management, Leadership, and Governance (ECMLG) has been held in France, Belgium, Italy, Northern Ireland, and Finland. Traditionally, representatives from more than 40 countries participate in the conference, including scholars, educators, and practitioners. In 2024 Portugal hosted this significant event. On November 14, at Lusófona University, Anastasia Diakova—a graduate of the Bachelor’s program in Business Management at the HSE University Business School and a current Master's student in Strategic Management: Investments and Consulting—delivered a presentation. Together with her academic supervisor, Candidate of Psychological Sciences and Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Konstantin Bagrationi and with Department's Lecturer Olga Gordienko, Anastasia presented research findings on the topic "Change-Oriented Leadership in the Context of Transition to Strategic Autonomy”

Researchers from the Graduate School of Business at the National Research University Higher School of Economics associate professor Konstantin Bagrationi and lecturer Olga Gordienko, teachers of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, presented their report at the conference on September 27^th, 2024.

Researchers from the Graduate School of Business at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Olga Gordienko and her academic supervisor, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Konstantin Bagrationi, presented on September 5^th a report at the 25th European Conference on Knowledge Management (ECKM 2024) held in Veszprém, Hungary. Their research, "Global Integration of Artificial Intelligence in the Higher Education Sector: A Bibliometric Analysis" garnered significant interest among international scientists and specialists.

An article by Veroniсa Kabalina, professor of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Recourses Management of the Graduate School of Business, was included in the top 10 most read publications.

On April 20, regular scientific seminar was held at the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management of the Graduate School of Business, at which the postgraduate student of the Department Igor Novikov presented selective results of his research on the topic: "Quoting jobs for the employment of people with disabilities: models for fulfilling quotas and innovations in the draft law on employment."
