Sergei Filonovich Awarded the Presidential Certificate of Honour at a Meeting of the HSE University Academic Council on the Eve of the University’s Anniversary

Opening the ceremony, Nikita Anisimov подчеркнул that the University’s achievements are, above all, the achievements of the people who work within it. He recalled that HSE University was founded on 27 November 1992 and has since transformed into one of the country’s leading multidisciplinary universities.

One of the key moments of the meeting was the presentation of the Presidential Certificate of Honour of the Russian Federation to Sergei Rostislavovich Filonovich, Distinguished Full Professor of HSE University and Professor of the Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the HSE Graduate School of Business.

For almost three decades, Sergei Rostislavovich has been an integral part of the University community. He stood at the origins of the development of its educational programmes and made a significant contribution to the formation of the University’s corporate culture. His teaching and scholarly work have shaped the professional trajectories and value orientations of thousands of students and alumni, while his ability to recognise potential in people and unite like-minded colleagues has fostered a vibrant and resilient academic community within HSE University.

We warmly congratulate Sergei Rostislavovich Filonovich on this well-deserved distinction and wish him continued inspiration, new professional achievements, and further success in the development of the University.
