Research Achievements of Students Supervised by Faculty of the Department of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management

The results of the 2025 Student Research Competition (NIRS) have been announced (https://www.hse.ru/nirs/nirs2025_results). Among the award winners are students supervised by faculty members of the Department of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

Category “Best Research Paper in Management for Bachelor’s and Specialist Degree Students” — 3rd place was awarded to the co-authors: Anastasia Dmitrievna Pogosova, Anna Dmitrievna Zolotko, and Ekaterina Vladislavovna Koshlyak (Academic Supervisor — Olga Igorevna Zelenova).

Category “Best Research Paper in Management for Master’s Students and 2025 Graduates”— 3rd place was awarded to Yaroslav Vitalievich Nikitin (Academic Supervisor — Ulyana Sergeevna Podverbnykh) and Tigran Vaagnovich Voskanian (Academic Supervisor — Konstantin Amiranovich Bagrationi).

Tigran Vaagnovich also received international recognition. By further developing his research together with his academic supervisor, Konstantin Amiranovich Bagrationi, and a faculty member of the Department, Olga Alexandrovna Tunkevichus, to the level of publication in an international outlet, the student delivered a virtual presentation at the prestigious international conference 21st European Conference on Management, Leadership and Governance in Paris, presenting the paper Building Dynamic Resilience through Strategic Coherence and Ambidextrous Leadership.

The conference also featured a presentation by another student supervised by Konstantin Amiranovich Bagrationi — Anastasia Pavlovna Znobina, who presented the results of the study Operationalizing of DCV Microfoundations: A Behavioral Model for a Transforming System Integrator Firm, conducted as part of her Master’s thesis “CROC Transformation: Transition from a Traditional System Integrator Business Model to a Service-Oriented IT Company Model”.
