Participation in the Academy of Management HR Division International Conference

Veronika I. Kabalina, Research Professor at the Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, participated in the 6th International HR Division Conference (HRIC 2026), organised by the Academy of Management (AOM) and held biennially.

This year, the conference took place in Bangalore, India, under the theme “Sustainable HRM in the Age of Disruption.”This theme aligns closely with the applied research project “Socially Responsible Human Resource Management in the Context of Corporate Sustainability: Configuration and Non-Financial Performance Indicators,” conducted by faculty members of the Department.

The conference paper entitled “Employee Resilience in the Organisational Context in Times of Adversity” was prepared within the framework of this research project.
