Anastasia studied in English on the exchange program in the spring semester 2022-23 academic year and also successfully improved her French. The GSB International Office has prepared statistics on applications submitted for international mobility programmes in the Spring semester of 2022-2023 academic year.

Milan Beskieru, a second year student of the BA Business Management programme at the HSE Graduate School of Business, this spring visited the oldest university of North America - Canadian Laval University. The educational institution, founded in 1663, is located in the French-speaking province of Quebec. Рост уровня государственного долга, более высокие процентные ставки и замедление экономического роста во всем мире на фоне неопределенности, вызванной ситуацией на Украине, означают, что возникновения риск кризиса государственного долга для многих стран увеличился и будет сохраняться в ближайшие годы. В то же время, потребности в финансировании, связанные с достижением ЦУР и борьбой с изменением климата, влияют на состояние бюджета и долга. Это означает, что масштаб ответных мер, необходимых для достижения ЦУР и борьбы с изменением климата, особенно в развивающихся странах, которые больше всего в них нуждаются, скорее всего, останется ограниченным. Авторы «Обзора экономического и социального положения в Азии и Тихоокеанском регионе за 2023 год», подготовленного ЭСКАТО ООН, утверждают, что государственный долг может быть мощным инструментом развития, если его использовать разумно и с учетом долгосрочных перспектив, и призывают к переосмыслению оценок устойчивости государственного долга. В Обзоре за 2023 год предлагается «расширенный» подход к оценке устойчивости долговой ситуации в дополнение к подходам, используемым международными финансовыми учреждениями и кредитно-рейтинговыми агентствами для оценки долгового кризиса. В частности, данный подход включает национальные потребности в финансировании ЦУР, политику структурного развития и стратегии финансирования ЦУР при определении устойчивости государственного долга страны. Установлено, что включение социально-экономических и экологических выгод от инвестиций в ЦУР приводит к сокращению государственного долга в долгосрочной перспективе. Авторы обзора также рекомендуют реструктуризацию суверенного долга для стран с повышенным долговым кризисом и призывают к ускоренному продвижению к созданию общих международных механизмов реструктуризации и урегулирования долга с участием официальных и частных кредиторов.

This experience was a real fairy tale for the girls - studying on an individual trajectory with careful attention of mentors, picturesque campus territory, meeting students from all over the world and travelling.
