Academic mobility offers unique opportunities for the HSE Graduate School of Business students, allowing them to exchange experiences with people from diverse cultures and countries, broaden their horizons, and develop intercultural communication skills. With an extensive network of global partners, GSB enables every student to select a suitable program and study abroad. This summer, second-year GSB master’s students Darya Sopotko, Olga Sidorova, and Ramina Nurmukhametova participated in educational programs hosted by GSB’s international partner universities. In October, students received their transcripts, and we asked them to share insights from their experiences.

Five students from the HSE Graduate School of Business have made it to the final of the prestigious PGS Ambassador Programme . Out of 76 candidates, only 25 finalists from seven universities across the CIS were selected, and five of them are from GSB.

Three graduates of the HSE University became winners of Forbes' annual "30 under 30" rating. Two of them are from the HSE Graduate School of Business (GSB). Margarita Stukova won in the Finance and Investment category, while Sergey Smetanin, a graduate of the Master's programme in Electronic Business and Digital Innovations, topped the Science and Technology category.

One of the GSB's goals is to educate future leaders capable of changing corporations and the world. The bright success of the graduates, noticeable both in professional circles and in society, is another confirmation of the right path to develop the GSB educational programs.

Results of the GSB First International Case Championship
The first International Case Championship was held at the Graduate School of Business. Ten teams from 5 countries - Austria, Hungary, Germany, France, and Russia - competed for the first prize. Participants were offered to solve a case on sustainable development for IKEA, which set an ambitious goal to convert the entire last-mile delivery fleet to electric cars. Students from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria) and the University of Pecs (Hungary) came first and third. Students from the Business Informatics program of the Graduate School of Business, Sergey Kazaryan, Fedor Volgunov, Polina Luneva, Daria Martynenko and Stefania Kharitonova, were awarded the second prize.
