Outgoing Mobility

Student Exchange Opportunities

Exchange programmes

  • are conducted in accordance with agreements between foreign universities and the Graduate School of Business or HSE University;
  • students study a part of the educational programme of HSE University at a partner university abroad;

  • upon completion of the programme, students receive a Transcript of records from the partner university;
  • upon return, the passed courses credits are transferred;
  • passed courses are included in the diploma supplement with an indication of the partner university.

 

QTEM Master’s Network

  • are conducted in accordance with agreements between HSE University and the QTEM network;
  • for one or two semesters;
  • students study a part of the educational programme of HSE University at a partner university abroad;
  • upon return, the passed courses credits are transferred;
  • passed courses are included in the diploma supplement with an indication of the partner university;
  • students take up an internship in an international company;
  • upon completion of the programme, students receive a QTEM diploma at a solemn graduation ceremony held in one of the partner universities.

Who may apply?

Exchange programmes

  • Bachelor and Master's students of GSB; 
  • Students studying on a tuition and tuition-free basis;
  • Students demonstrating high academic performance; 

 

QTEM Master’s Network

  • Students from the following educational programmes: 

Business Analytics and Big Data Systems
Business Informatics: Digital Enterprise and Information Systems Management
Electronic Business and Digital Innovations
Investment Project Management
Marketing: Digital Technology and Marketing Communications
Master in International Management
People Management: Digital Technologies and Organizational Development
Production Systems and Operational Excellence
Strategic Management and Consulting
Strategic Management of Logistics and Supply Chains in the Digital Economy

  • Students who have passed all the exams of at least one examination period; 
  • Students studying on a tuition and tuition-free basis;
  • Students demonstrating high academic performance; 

What are the costs?

Exchange programmes

  • Students do not pay any tuition fee at the partner university;  
  • Students pay for all other expenses, such as visa fees, health insurance, accommodation, meals, travel expenses, etc., out of pocket;
  • Students nominated for exchange programmes under GSB agreements may apply for the GSB scholarship;
  • Students nominated for exchange programmes under HSE agreements may apply for the HSE Endowment Fund scholarship
  • Some European universities offer a limited number of Erasmus+ scholarships (they are marked "Erasmus+" in the catalogue of GSB exchange programmes and "E+" in the catalogue of university-wide exchange programmes).

  • Students do not pay any tuition fee at the partner university;  
  • Students pay for all other expenses, such as visa fees, health insurance, accommodation, meals, travel expenses, etc., out of pocket; 
  • Students may apply for the GSB scholarship

The call for the fall semester - early February - late March*

The call for the spring semester - mid-August - mid-October*

QTEM Master’s Network

The call for the fall semester - January 15 - February 15

The call for the spring semester - May 15 - June 15
