Completion of Mobility
1. Official documents
- Within 5 working days upon return, submit to the International Office a completecertificate of attendance Form (Part B), signed by the coordinator of the host university;
- Submit your Transcript of Records to your Study Office to have your grades and credits transferred.
2. Share your experience
- Send your review with photos. In your review, tell us when and at what university you studied, what your impressions are. Why you chose it and how you prepared for the competition and your departure. Share vivid memories, talk about the challenges you've faced, and give advice to students who have yet to travel to a university abroad. What have you learnt from studying abroad?
- Participate in events organized by the International Office or organize your own international academic programmes at International Office. Let the International Office know if you would like to meet with GSB students and share everything that has happened to you on your mobility - we will help with the organization.
Extention of Mobility
If you would like to stay at the host university for one more semester, it is possible on a paid basis (at your own expense). To extend your participation in the program, you must complete the following steps:
Step 1: Notify the GSB International Office
No later than a few weeks before the end of your current mobility semester, send an email to outgoing.gsb@hse.ru to notify International Office of your intention to extend your studies.
Step 2: Coordinate with the host university
Obtain approval from the academic office of the host university. If the extension is approved, the university must send official confirmation to GSB by email.
Step 3: Coordinate with the GSB Student Office and your academic supervisor
Contact the GSB Student Office and coordinate the extension with your academic supervisor.
Step 4: Submit the documents
Once all approvals are received, send the document package to outgoing.gsb@hse.ru. The list of documents is the same as for the initial application: application form, consent form, updated Individual Study Plan, transcript from the electronic grade book, acceptance letter from the host university.
