1. Certificate of attendance

Within the first 10 days of your arrival at the host university, have the certificate of attendance form completed at the international office and email a scan/photo to outgoing.gsb@hse.ru.

2. Individual study plan

During first few weeks at your host university, the list of planned courses may be changed. No later than three weeks after your mobility begins, you may make final changes to your Individual study plan and have them approved by the head of your study programme at HSE.

What should I do at my host university?

1. Tell about HSE University's Graduate school of business

Represent GSB at a partner university event so that your new friends can study with you at HSE University next semester! Remember to bring your favorite HSE University T-shirt or sweatshirt. You can request GSB promotional materials via email outgoing.gsb@hse.ru.

2. Make a video diary

Tell us about your first impressions of being in another country and studying at a partner university. Show where your classes are taking place and what the campus looks like, how you have arranged your living in a dormitory or rental accommodation, how you are getting around town, and who your new friends are.

3. Start an International Project

New cultural environment, new friends, new academic perspectives are excellent prerequisites for nurturing bold ideas to create breakthrough international projects. Let International Office know about your ideas, if you need GSB support - we will do our best to help you.

4. Send postcards

Share your impressions with friends and family - send a postcard from where you are studying and enjoying new experiences! Don't forget about GSB International office ;)
