Technical support for the educational process
General IT and technical support
In case if you need any IT or technical support, you should send a request to the GSB Digital Learning Centre via the GSB IT Support Service Desk (in English or Russian).
Ordering equipment
A teacher may receive equipment for working use (computer, webcam, software, etc.). When making a request to receive computer equipment (PC, laptop), you need to specify the list of software for the faculty member's work in the comments.
In order to receive equipment you should:
- Send a request via the GSB IT Support Service Desk (preferable way);
- Send a request via SmartPoint;
- Send an email to sd.gsb@hse.ru;
- Call +7 (495) 772-95-90 ext. 27077.
Recording online courses in the GSB Studio
In order to use the Jalinga Video Recording and Webinar Studio at GSB campus, you should submit a request via the GSB IT Support Service Desk or by email (prod.biz@hse.ru).
Studio features:
- Recording online courses;
- Recording video messages;
- Webinars, participation in meetings and conferences with live communication through ZOOM, Teams and Webinar.ru;
- Conducting online broadcasts via YouTube.
