HSE SmartPoint
MyHSE Services Account (HSE SmartPoint) offers a variety of HSE University services in a single information space. You can log in with your corporate e-mail and password.
You can get the following services via HSE SmartPoint:
- Register for vaccination (COVID-19/flu);
- Register for free testing for COVID-19 by PCR;
- Educational (study) services;
- Scientific services;
- Subscribe to HSE event announcements;
- Get IT support (HSE Hotline);
- Edit your personal portal page;
- Administrative services:
- Request a shipment between HSE buildings;
- Get Legal Department services (including Legal advice and drafting of legal and regulatory instruments);
- Sign up for a consultation with HSE psychologists;
- Get financial block services;
- Printing services;
- Make an application for attracting remote international specialists;
- Order books by domestic and international publishing houses to the Library;
- Apply for on-site medical examination;
- Apply for on-site pass for a guest or visitor (available only within the internal university network);
- Various additional services of the HSE divisions.
