How does academic performance affect selection results?

The student's current and cumulative rankings, as well as the percentile, are taken into account when considering a candidate for nomination; the latest published data at the time of the competition is taken into account. Academic performance is important, but not the only decisive factor.        

Can I participate in the call within university-wide agreements and faculty agreements at the same time?

 Yes. You can apply for both, thus doubling your chances of success.    

How do I get an Erasmus+ scholarship?

If you apply for an exchange programme with a university offering you an Erasmus+ scholarship, you automatically participate in the competition for an Erasmus+ scholarship. Universities offering Erasmus+ scholarship are marked E+ in the catalogue.

Does the study discount still apply when you return from the student exchange programme?

The discount is maintained under the condition of successful completion of the disciplines at the partner university and their credit transfer at the HSE University. 

What will my rating be when I come back from the student exchange programme?

If the credits of disciplines passed at the partner university are not transferred by the end of the examination period, your rating will be lowered. However, it will be restored after successful credit transfer.

Will my room in the dormitory be preserved?

Yes. Before you leave for your student exchange programme, you must inform the dormitory head of your absence and write an application stating the dates of your exchange. During your absence, you will still have to pay for the dormitory.

Can I cancel my exchange programme at one of the stages of the application?

Student exchange programme can be cancelled at any stage of the application by informing the International Office of the Graduate School of Business. You need to inform the office as soon as you make that decision so that another student can take over and use this opportunity.
