Remuneration and bonuses

The following regulations apply to teachers:

The remuneration consists of a salary and bonuses. 

The salary is transferred to the account opened in the name of the employee in the bank which has an agreement with the university or to the bank account indicated by the employee in the application. Salaries are paid to employees at least every six months:

- the first part of the salary - on the 25th of the every month;

- the rest of the remuneration - on the 10th of the following month.

Bonuses. GSB Faculty may receive additional bonuses for their teaching and research work.

Academic bonuses are payable to:

winners of the annual Best Teachers of HSE University. The best teachers are determined by a vote of the students. About the competition: https://www.hse.ru/en/best/

Faculty teaching courses in English. Paid to authors of English courses developed with the support of the HSE Fund for Educational Innovation (https://foi.hse.ru/en/) in previous years. For more information about this bonus and application process, please contact the GSB Centre for Learning Methodologies and Quality Assurance staff.

Research bonuses are awarded by the HSE Academic Fund Programme for new scientific publications. The competition is held once a year and the allowance is awarded for a period of two years. More information: https://www.hse.ru/en/science/scifund/.
