The University of Pécs is a new partner of the Graduate School of Business

The University of Pécs, the first Hungarian university and one of the country's main educational institutions, has joined the pool of international partners of the Graduate School of Business.

The university was founded in 1367, making it one of the oldest in Central Europe. The University of Pécs is prominent in terms of excellence at the international level. The Institute as a whole, as well as many of its faculties and study programs, have achieved leading positions in recognized international rankings.

More than 25,000 students from all over the world study at 10 faculties of the university. The Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE), the main contact in the new partnership on the Hungarian side, is recognized as one of the leading schools in the country in its field. The FBE was founded in 1970 as a sister institution of today's Corvinus University, with strong emphasis on applied research.

The university is located in the university town of Pécs, 200 kilometers from Budapest. The city has inherited the history of various cultures from the time of ancient Rome and is rich in UNESCO World Heritage sites.

The exchange program with the University of Pécs will be open to GSB undergraduate and graduate students as early as the spring semester of 2022. To participate, check the requirements and guidance, and apply during the second call. In your application indicate the campus you are applying to.
