Academic events

Academic events include conferences, seminars, symposia, and other scholarly events organised by HSE University or held with its participation.

To organise an academic event, the following documents must be submitted to the Research Office (vzharkova@hse.ru, emakhaneva@hse.ru) no later than one month before the event:

an application for organising the academic event;

an announcement for publication on the Graduate School of Business website and a Timepad registration link for participants;

a budget for the academic event (if applicable).

Within two weeks after the event, a report must be submitted to the Research Office (vzharkova@hse.ru, emakhaneva@hse.ru).
