GSB students excelled at Antai Global Summer Program, Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), aimed at empowering young leaders to understand business and culture of China.
July 10th - July 28th 2023 Antai Global Summer Program (AGSP) welcomed GSB students along with the representatives of more than 10 countries. Throughout 3 weeks our students were shaping a comprehensive view of Chinese business and culture in a globally engaging way.
Antai Global Summer Program was initiated in 2013 with a goal to satisfy the growing need of international students to understand China from a business perspective. Each year students from all over the world gather in Shanghai to spend 3 weeks learning Chinese business and culture. This year Russia was represented by 7 proactive students of HSE Graduate School of Business.

We are happy that the first group of our students could join AGSP just after the signature of the cooperation agreement between GSB and ACEM. It was an exciting experience for them and we are very grateful to our new partner for this opportunity. Moreover, it is a good starting point for our further academic exchanges and joint projects.
Program participants got an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of Chinese economy, corporate culture and business processes through the interactive in-class coursework, lectures from senior knowledge experts of top-brand MNCs, and company visits. Huawei, DATAGRAND and MEDMOTION were among AGSP 2023 corporate partners. Students got an opportunity to talk to the companies’ management and ask the questions regarding the peculiarities of launching new products in China and fostering innovation.

While visiting the Huawei office in China, I was truly amazed by the level of innovation and technological advancement. It was a privilege to witness firsthand the cutting-edge research and development happening at Huawei.
Beyond academic pursuits, the participating students had a chance to get introduced to Eastern culture and to explore the rich cultural heritage of China. They visited historical landmarks, experienced local traditions, and built lasting friendships with students from different countries, fostering a more comprehensive understanding of global interconnectedness.
The dedication and commitment of our students were recognised by Antai College. All GSB students have successfully completed the summer school courses and the team projects, showcasing the excellence and competence of GSB educational standards.
Participation in the Antai Global Summer School has undoubtedly been a transformative experience for GSB students, allowing them to broaden their horizons and acquire a global perspective that will benefit them as they venture into the professional world.
