Internships for Bachelor's Students
An internship is a mandatory academic activity during which you gain practical experience relevant to your future profession and learn more about companies as potential employers. The Career Center, together with the academic office of your study program, helps organize the internship placement process, handle the necessary documentation, and coordinate reporting. On this page, you will find general recommendations for successfully completing your internship, as well as up-to-date information regarding your upcoming internship.
Main Steps
Review the internship program on your study program's webpage. The document is located in the “For Students” → “Internship” section.

Four documents will be published on the page; refer to the one for your admission year.

The program outlines all internship periods, dates, number of hours, goals and objectives, content requirements for internship locations, evaluation criteria, etc.
Create a list of suitable internship placements. Apply to several companies, go through the selection process, and wait for a response from the organizations.

Decide where you will complete your internship. You can:

Document templates
Submit an internship application in LMS (if requested by your academic office).
Complete your internship at the selected company and submit the required documentation to the academic office (upload to LMS or submit by another method as instructed):
Company Selection Criteria

Minimum years in business
3 years

Minimum number of employees
50

Revenue in the previous calendar year
at least 100 million rubles or the company must be part of an international/Russian firm network

⚠️ Internships will NOT be approved if completed
in a sole proprietorship (ИП), in your own company, in a company owned by a relative (heirs of the first and second degree).
