We invite 3rd and 4th year bachelor's and master's students of the HSE Graduate School of Business to participate in the International Winter School devoted to "Searching for the Secrets of Long-lived Companies in Japan" organized jointly by the Graduate School of Business and NUCB Business School, Nagoya, Japan.

The curriculum of the school allows students to explore the experiences of successful long-lived companies of Japan, discover new approaches to sustainable and innovative business development, and solve business challenges by studying the best management practices of Japan. Participants will be able to learn the key elements of managing successful companies in Japan, familiarize themselves with the main models and principles of managing long-lived businesses, expand their approaches to developing entrepreneurial strategies, and learn to adopt innovative approaches following the success cases of Japanese companies.

Educational activities: lectures, practical cases, teamwork, discussions, company visits, and full emergence into Japanese management. 

Language of instructions: English/Russian

Number of credits: 3 ECTS

Students have to go through the selection process. Academic transcriptmotivational letter and proof of English proficiency (List of accepted docements: Step 3, point 20 should be attached to the application. 

Tuition fees are waived, but students cover all the programme-related expenses
