Way Up GSB Mentoring is a student development program offering the opportunity to find an experienced mentor and develop professional skills in four areas: Case Championships and Hackathons, Career and Entrepreneurship, Mentoring and Creativity. Mentoring is conducted in two models: from student to student and from student to student.
This program helps participants adapt to various life and professional challenges by providing a platform for sharing experiences in areas such as preparing for intellectual competitions, successfully completing interviews, job search and career advancement, improving teamwork and establishing effective teamwork, and many others.
The main value of mentoring lies in the free communication and exchange of knowledge between students, which contributes to their joint growth and development.

Track descriptions
1) Case championships and hackathons
This track is intended for students interested in participating in case championships, hackathons and other intellectual competitions. Students who want to learn how to solve problems effectively, find and organize work in teams, improve their presentation and public speaking skills will find the necessary support and guidance here. Mentors will help participants develop critical thinking, teach techniques for analyzing and solving complex problems, and share the secrets of successful participation in competitions.
2) Career and entrepreneurship
This track is suitable for both beginners and students who have already decided on the direction of their future career. Mentors will provide support in preparing for interviews, compiling effective resumes and developing skills for career advancement. Those who are interested in developing their own business will be offered strategies to attract investors and expand their business. Additionally, mentors will help develop leadership, project management and communication skills that are key to success in any professional path.
3) Mentoring
This track is intended for students who already have experience of participating in intellectual competitions and want to share their knowledge and experience with younger participants, including schoolchildren. Experienced mentors will teach you how to prepare a team for victory, strengthen team spirit and respond effectively to difficulties. Discussing how to restore motivation after failures and maintaining an optimistic attitude will help younger participants maintain confidence and desire for success in future competitions.
4) Creativity
The Creativity track covers a wide range of disciplines and is designed for students with diverse interests in the field of art and culture — from knitting to fine arts, from music to literary creativity. It allows participants to explore and develop their creative talents under the guidance of mentors who are practicing masters in their fields. Mentors will help not only in improving technical skills, but also in understanding cultural contexts, share methods of generating ideas and ways to overcome creative blocks. In addition, participants will learn how to effectively present and monetize their creativity, create projects that can resonate with the general public, and build a network of contacts among like-minded people. The track "Creativity" gives everyone the opportunity to discover new facets in themselves and develop a unique creative potential.

About me
My participation as a mentor is largely driven by the desire to pass on my successful experience of participating in case championships. The championships case today is the way to a good company, a set of experience. I like working with people and helping them realize their ideas. My help will allow them to realize their bold ideas, take into account all the requirements for implementation, and properly prepare the presentation.
I taught the elective "Marketing: a mix of analytics and Creativity" at the HSE Lyceum, namely, I developed a 3-month marketing course for grades 10-11 at the HSE Lyceum, conducted offline lectures and workshops on the topics of the course

I would really like to present a look at what mentoring in general is and what it means to "live as a mentor". Wherever it is: friends, team, work - I feel like a mentor who can share knowledge with others and make this world a better place (without any irony). It is interesting for me to show a look at how consciousness changes when you stop being a student and become a teacher, remembering perfectly well that in a couple of hours you have to be in pairs and listen to lectures from other teachers.
