The second day of the HSE GSB x Alfa-Bank Summer University combined hands-on learning about business model design with an unforgettable evening tour of the Moscow Metro, leaving participants inspired both academically and culturally.

The first academic day of the HSE GSB x Alfa-Bank Summer University introduced Chinese students to key aspects of Russia’s business, economic, and technological landscape. Through a series of engaging lectures delivered by leading professors, participants explored the current state of the Russian economy, international business relations with China, and the development of artificial intelligence. The day sparked lively discussions, challenged stereotypes, and set the tone for a week of intensive learning and cross-cultural exchange.

The Digital Product Management Summer School, a joint initiative of HSE Graduate School of Business and Alfa-Bank, has officially welcomed its 2025 cohort to Moscow. Thirty-one motivated students — many from leading Chinese universities — are beginning their academic and cultural journey in Russia. Before diving into lectures, the group explored Moscow’s iconic sights and enjoyed their first impressions of the city. The program promises a rich combination of academic excellence and cultural immersion.
