Olga Ilyina
"Today, project management goes far beyond the traditional approach. It is no longer just about completing tasks on time and within budget—it is about ensuring the strategic resilience of the business. A modern project leader works closely with strategic management, company functions, and corporate culture. The key task is not merely to coordinate a team’s work but to create business value and contribute to achieving large-scale goals. This is why our program emphasizes the strategic context, hybrid methodologies, and the development of managerial thinking that enables leaders to act confidently in complex and dynamic environments." – Olga Ilyina, Director of the Centre for Project Management at the HSE Graduate Business School.
