Students from the Graduate School of Business at HSE University (HSE GSB) have made a strong impression at major case championships, showing exceptional engagement and outstanding results.

On June 1, 2025, the Higher School of Business at HSE University hosted the most anticipated and large-scale student event of the academic year — the open-air festival GSB Summer Fest’25. The festival brought together over 1,500 students, alumni, prospective students, and faculty under the theme "Generations." Five eras, five visual codes, and five worldviews — all in one day.

From April 14 to 18, 2025, the HSE Graduate School of Business hosted its traditional Spring Career Week — a large-scale event that brought together over 1,000 students and 20 leading employers from across Russia. This year’s program was especially rich: master classes, panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions helped participants unlock their potential and take a confident step toward the career of their dreams.

The HSE Graduate School of Business Ambassadors Club is a young and fast-growing student initiative supported by the GSB Student Support Office. In February, the ambassadors visited the T2 company office, where they explored innovative solutions in telecommunications and learned about the company’s corporate culture.

The Fall Career Week at the HSE Graduate School of Business (GSB) became a landmark event for students' career growth and the development of the GSB community.

A series of master classes was held at the HSE Graduate School of Business by experts from leading companies on ESG, AI technologies, and modern management practices. From September to December 2023, specialists from Sber, Kept, B1 Group of Companies, and a well-known non-alcoholic beverage company worked with students on relevant business cases.

Group project work by students not only helps them develop professional skills for solving real-life management tasks but also represents a key area of cooperation between the HSE Graduate School of Business and corporate partners. The GSB Career Center has prepared 103 topics for student coursework projects provided by 62 partner companies. Among them are business-case-based projects from companies such as Sber, Alfa-Bank, Segezha Group, Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya, Egger, Rosbank, MTS, Unilever, Axenix, Danone. A hallmark of the 2022/2023 academic year is the influx of new corporate partners from among top employers in various industries: Gazprom Neft, NLMK, Greenatom, Askona Life Group, White Rabbit Family, VkusVill, PepsiCo, Sportmaster, Lenta, Beeline, Loko-Bank.

Internships are an effective tool for cooperation between universities, employers, and students in the field of employment. 32% of students contacted the Career Center for help in finding a company for their internship, while the rest found placements independently. A total of 420 undergraduate students began internships after their third year: 220 from the “Business Administration” program, 116 from “Marketing and Market Analytics,” and 84 from “Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics.”

From April 17 to 21, the Career Center hosted the Spring Career Week at the Graduate School of Business — a key career event that raises students’ awareness of the job market and directly influences their career choices. The employer booth session, held on April 18 at the Shabolovka campus, was a major success — and remains the most effective format for employment support.
