Career Meetup at the headquarters of GSB's strategic partner

The Career Center of the HSE Graduate School of Business organized a visit for GSB students to a career meetup at the headquarters of its strategic partner — Beeline. The event was designed to give students insight into the company's corporate culture, allow them to see the office, and learn about the process of "entering the company" and potential career prospects.

Students were welcomed by Elena Dzagoeva, Acting Executive Vice President for Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Support. Key company leaders — Narina Rashutina, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, and Evgeny Uykhazi, Director of Talent Management and Development and Head of Beeline University — gave a talk on building a successful career in telecom. Participants discovered that Beeline is much more than a telecom operator — it offers creative and highly engaging work that requires strong communication skills and innovative approaches to solving non-standard tasks. Immersion in a real business environment and informal interaction with company representatives provided a valuable opportunity for students to imagine themselves as part of the Beeline team and gain professional experience while still studying.

Alexandra Davnyaya

Lead Youth Engagement Specialist at Beeline

“We see great potential in holding events for students — they help us, as a company, to develop the industry and significantly expand opportunities for future professionals. Today, 100 students attended our meetup online and 40 joined in person at our headquarters. We not only explained how to craft an impressive resume but also shared our experience with technology adoption. It’s great to see that today’s students are genuinely interested in tech development. Beeline, as a company that has long moved beyond classical telecom, is ready to share its knowledge and expertise.”

Anastasia Petrova

3rd-year student, “Business Informatics” program

“I enjoy visiting different companies, learning about various opportunities, and meeting new people. The lectures were useful, but personally, I missed the networking part after the lectures, since the introductions happened before, and I arrived late.”

Matvey Grishin

1st-year student, “Business Administration” program

“I decided to attend the event at Beeline’s office to see what kind of environment the employees work in. I was curious about how the office is organized internally. I liked the atmosphere and was surprised by it — I expected something much more formal, but it turned out to be the opposite.”
