HSE Graduate School of Business held the 2025 Fall Career Week

Career Week at the HSE GSB traditionally attracts great interest from top employers who open unique opportunities for students’ professional growth. In 2025, the event brought together some of the best employers in Russia and leaders in their industries, including Axenix, Avito, Alfa-Bank, X5, 1C, EkoNiva Group, UniRus, T2, Ozon, Technologies of Trust (TeDo), Level Group, SberMobile, Kept, EkoPsi, and Rosselkhozbank.
The first day, dedicated to artificial intelligence, began with a series of company-led master classes discussing key topics such as human–AI interaction, the transformation of professions under the influence of technology, the economics of AI implementation, and opportunities for its monetization. The day concluded with a panel discussion titled “Careers in 5 Years: Which Professions Will Disappear, and Which Will Be Created by Artificial Intelligence?” Representatives from Avito, UniRus, Technologies of Trust (TeDo), and SberMobile explored AI’s impact on professional roles and shared their forecasts on the skills that will be in demand in the near future.
After the discussion about the future of work, participants focused on practical aspects of employment and career preparation. Students took part in one-on-one consultations and “hot seat” sessions, where HR professionals reviewed their resumes, conducted mock interviews, and analyzed test assignments. These sessions helped participants see themselves through employers’ eyes, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and gain confidence before real interviews. As a result, many students were added to company talent pools, significantly improving their chances of successful employment.
The final day centered on direct interaction between students and company representatives. Partner companies hosted interactive booths, presented current job openings, shared their corporate values, and discussed career prospects. Participants received advice on developing professional skills and navigating selection processes effectively. The week concluded with a speed dating session, where students met recruiters and company representatives in short interview rounds. This format allowed participants to make direct connections, receive instant feedback, and take their first steps toward real career opportunities.
Career Week extended beyond the HSE GSB campus as well: students took part in company visits to Kept and UniRus, where they learned about internal processes, corporate culture, and career development opportunities.

This year’s Fall Career Week was a wonderful experience where I participated both as a guest and as an organizer. It gave me a great opportunity to learn more about leading companies in different industries, discover internships, and get valuable information about current vacancies. The expert-led workshops were especially helpful in clarifying my next career steps. Overall, it was an inspiring and useful event — working with the Career Hub team was the best part for me as an organizer, while as a participant I really enjoyed the chance to connect with companies. I highly recommend this event to anyone thinking about their professional future.

The Fall Career Week at HSE GSB was extremely rich and valuable. The detailed resume review sessions by company experts were intense but very helpful, and the final day’s booth session gave me a chance to network, learn about internships, and even win some company merchandise. The live networking opportunities with employers and peers were also invaluable. This event definitely deserves attention.
The 2025 Fall Career Week became a vibrant space for professional growth and meaningful interaction between students and employers. It is where ambitions turn into concrete goals, ideas are brought to life, and the first career steps are taken consciously — with the support of the country’s leading companies.
