Twenty-four leading companies—featured among Russia’s largest businesses and top employers—took part in Career Week, including Alfa-Bank, Axenix, 1C, X5 Group, Trust Technologies, Ozon, JTI, Sber, T2, VTB, Health&Nutrition, T-Bank, Magnit, Procter & Gamble, CROC, B1, Rosselkhozbank, SBS Consulting, OKKAM, Level Group, Cherkizovo Group, Eкопси Consulting, Kept, BIOCAD, and a major FMCG company.
At the entrance, every student received a checklist to track participation at various locations. For the first time, a gamified bot was introduced: students earned “GSB Points” by engaging in activities and exchanged them for valuable prizes from partner companies and GSB.
This week was more than just an opportunity to network with top business professionals—it was a true celebration where students gained career insights from labor market experts, won corporate-branded souvenirs and GSB merchandise, and boosted their career prospects.
The first day featured a series of workshops focused on soft skills. Topics included leadership, time management, effective delegation, and public speaking. Experts from B1, Sber, Health & Nutrition, and others shared tips for stage confidence, building team communication, and managing complex tasks. The day concluded with a panel discussion titled “Early Career Mistakes: How Not to Fail at Your First Job,” where representatives from Axenix, Level Group, SBS Consulting, and others discussed the challenges young professionals face and shared employment tips.
The second day centered on developing hard skills. Students attended workshops on pressing topics such as AI and its impact on the job market, supply chain management, financial planning, and retail tech. Trust Technologies hosted a session on AI in business, while Axenix presented innovations in supply chain management. These sessions gave students real-world insights into how technology is applied in modern business.
Career Week concluded with a large-scale company fair. Students engaged with recruiters, took part in contests, learned about company cultures and internship programs, and explored real career paths. It was a unique opportunity to hear directly from employers, submit résumés, and even schedule interviews.
Simultaneously, résumé “grilling” sessions took place. Experts from Axenix, Health&Nutrition, Alfa-Bank, and others provided one-on-one feedback. Students received personalized advice on how to improve their résumés, tailor them for different industries, and boost their employment chances—an essential step for those launching or advancing their careers.
Once again, Fall Career Week proved that GSB is not just an educational institution, but a hub of talent and ambition. Here, students unlock their potential, build valuable networks with top employers, and gain experience that lays the foundation for a successful career.
Alexander Gabriyellov
Deputy Director, HSE GSB
“Career events are an essential part of life at any successful business school. This year’s Fall Career Week was packed with opportunities, bringing together dozens of top employers and hundreds of our promising undergraduate and graduate students. Employer interest in our students is one of the key indicators of our success in training qualified management professionals. That’s why we’re especially pleased that this event has become a long-standing GSB tradition and continues to grow every year.”
Viktoria Popova
Employer Brand Development Specialist, Axenix
“We participate in every Career Week at HSE GSB, both in spring and fall. What we especially value is the diversity of formats: not only the company fair but also workshops, panel discussions, contests, and more. This allows us to interact with students in various ways and share our expertise, values, and career opportunities. The students are highly motivated and approach their career choices seriously—they ask insightful questions about our company and recruitment process. It’s a great opportunity for Axenix to boost brand visibility and attract internship candidates.”
Anna Kretova
Employer Brand Development Expert
“We've participated in GSB’s Career Week for several years now. It’s a great way to talk directly with students, understand their needs, and get valuable feedback. And honestly, their energy and enthusiasm are infectious. We also offer internships to students, and thanks to Career Week, some of them are already working with us as young professionals.”
Yana Fedotova
SMM Manager, Ozon Camp Internships
“The Ozon Camp team was happy to join GSB’s Career Week once again! We never miss these events, and each time we see how they keep growing—both in terms of organization and activities. Looking forward to meeting the students again next year!”
Nicole Pimenova
2nd-year Master’s student, “Operational Efficiency and Production Systems”
“I’m currently looking for my first job, and I’m really glad I took part in Career Week. The workshops and especially the company fair gave me high-quality leads—recruiters who are ready to invite me for interviews. The gamified bot fueled my motivation to attend as many events as possible, and I didn’t regret a single one. The best workshop was from Health & Nutrition: the speaker was engaging, and there were lots of insights. I recommend participating even if you’re not actively job hunting—it was a real celebration with cotton candy, gifts, and quizzes!”
Egor Snopkov
4th-year Bachelor’s student, “Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics”
“Over the past four years, I’ve attended many such events, and I can confidently say that this Career Week was one of the most memorable. Besides the familiar company fair—with what I believe was a record number of partners—we had workshops from top companies and a panel discussion on early career mistakes. I’d especially like to highlight the résumé ‘grilling’ in the coworking space: we received hands-on feedback and resume improvement strategies from HR professionals. That’s something every student can benefit from. Big thanks to the organizers!”
Elizaveta Pashchenko
2nd-year Bachelor’s student, “Marketing and Market Analytics”
“It’s great when your education not only gives you a solid career path but also becomes a real launchpad for success. It’s even better when the university actively helps you choose the right path and land a job in your field. During Career Week, I discovered the promising world of e-commerce, learned about industry trends and campaign strategies, and had my résumé reviewed by HR managers. I finally realized how to properly start building my career. The week wrapped up with a fantastic company fair, where I got answers to all my internship questions and received valuable career advice from company representatives.”
